Hi. I'm the dev of the mod ABW, which uses a different scale for the map. Me and other affected total conversions are struggling to generate the roads file.
I've tried in 1.3, 1.4 with roads.generateassets command
I've tried in 2.0 with SplineNetwork.GenerateAssets command
I've tried inside the map editor, generating the spline network and saving the roads file after
I've tried multiple launch parameters
They work until RAM usage goes crazy and the game crashes, every single time. The only way forward is for you to fix this (game is officially in legacy status, so that's a no) or give us the file encoding, the type of file that is roads.roads. I don't work in antivirus, i'm not a hacker I can't reverse engineer a binary file that has no similarities with hundreds of formats (i've tried online).
Give us the file format. If decoded, I can make a utility to generate it automatically and share it with everyone.
