It says this and wont go away, I've tried uninstalling pdx launcher, uninstalling it in local, verifying integrity of game filess, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, and nothing. works.

You seem to have opted into the launcher beta, currently 2023.11 . Whether that's related to your problem I'm not sure, probably best to opt out of it while we work on this though.
