Description​

My friends and I have been trying to play the version after the latest expansion. We tried starting in different countries, modes, and at different times. After a while (sometimes at the beginning, sometimes a month later, sometimes a year later, sometimes 5 years later - always different), no matter what we do (delete saves, check file integrity, reinstall the game, downgrade to earlier versions (1.9.0, 1.9.0.4 and beyond)), the game always crashes with an error. Sometimes they are different, but in 90% of cases it is a name error. We play through Steam and one person through an Xbox subscription. We didn't try to create accolade and generally tried not to touch it after all the problems. We even started playing for countries that don't have accolade to cultural development awards.

Steps to reproduce​

These are the steps for the last save, the error appeared wherever and however we played.
1. We started the game in 867
2. We have created our characters (within 400 points)
3. We played in different points of the map: Kenugard, Gotland, Dijon in France
