Pedestrian don't enter pedestrian streets

Expected Result​

Pedestrian should be able to enter pedestrian streets by a crossing with basic roads.

Actual Result​

Pedestrian enter pedestrian streets only from a footpath connected to these streets, however, they can leave pedestrian streets anywhere. It also applies to touristics pedestrian routes.

Steps to reproduce​

Just create a crossing with basic roads and pedestrian streets, then see pedestrian only leave the street.

I have been posting this same problem for ps4 and no response. Two updates with no fix for a broken product how is that acceptable?
