Pedestrians can't access pedestrian streets - PS4 console version

Since the last update (World tour last stops), pedestrians won't enter pedestrian streets from the Plazas and promenades expansion. You need to place paths connecting the regular street with the pedestrian one (which looks and feels awkward) in order for them to access the area. I already saw other players commenting this issue in Reddit threads.

I'm having the same problem pedestrian roads are not allowing pedestrians on them only the allowed vehicles. The commercial zones on these roads are not getting customers.
