help. never had performance issues with the previous version regarding population and planet management. i have all the dlc installed, no mods. actually the game becomes jerky already in mid game, it's exasperating. i know it's a problem already encountered, but when will we have a fix? wasn't the new population and planet mechanic supposed to improve performance? wasn't it made for that? the situation has worsened!!!
