My wife gave birth to three children no problem, before having the fourth a stillborn. However, the Final Months trait was never removed from her, and thus she has been "In Hiding" ever since, presumably until she dies.

This is a known issue. See the "known issues" section of the download thread. Also, report bugs in the bug thread or we will all be forced to mercilessly sass you.
I've got the same issue. Although my doctor says I'm just fat and that men can't birth children.
Isn't this bug came from original game? As far as its fixed, its better not to use PF, or use it with Limited option, it reduces chance.
Gotcha, sorry man. Was in a hurry and never noticed a bug report thread. I saw some others posts here about problems and bugs, so I just set it here, my bad.
