Update: Thanks to the folks at the Stellaris Modding Den, I was able to find some much needed help getting things started on this project! Things have been moving along nicely. Getting all the assets together is going to take some time, and without doubt there will be some more technical shenanigans and unfathomable bugs along the way, but at least the path forward is cleared up for now!

Original Post: I do some 3D modeling as a hobby and had some experience creating a custom shipset in the past. But for the past few days now on a new project, I've been banging my head against the same wall and I'm starting to think maybe it'd be much smarter not to attempt and do it all on my own.
So now I'm looking for somebody with moderate experience willing to collaborate on a Perry Rhodan themed custom shipset. I'd be happy to pay for their time, too, as I understand especially modders don't tend to have lots of it to spare.

The plan is a very simple set, just implementing custom meshes for ships, modules and stations, no custom turrets required, nor would be custom events, map modifications, UI, etc. It should all be pretty basic work – just the kind of work that'll rob my of my very last nerves trying to piece it all together from scattered notes and tutorials of which most are outdated by years.
I can provide models, textures, meshes, and I don't mind picking up some of the file editing work. What I need is somebody who can help out setting up the files and folder structure in the first place, and who's got some experience in dealing with the inevitable bugs and strangeness that are to be expected when doing any sort of custom work (or has the time and patience to do so).
I want to keep this post somewhat short, so I'll leave it at that. Feel free to inquire for any details on the plan, the setting, my previous custom ship attempts, or 3D work.
