Description​

I was holding out against the Soviets in my Persian Empire Iran game when I received a faction request from fascist Montenegro. I had held a defensive line for over 2 years causing over 8 million causalities when Montenegro was considered the only major in the faction and capitulated. I was then puppeted by the Soviets ending any further game ambitions. I did not have enough political power to assume faction leadership nor could I with the recently joined delay. I had over 50 factories, closer to 75, and over 1.5 million men deployed, I feel I should have been a clear major power.
