Persian Vassals spamming claim throne schemes after the Struggle ends

Description​

I played the Bavandid count and went with the Persian resurgence ending, im still getting claim throne spam from everyone, itts like the struggles unrest stage is frozen on everyone after the struggle ends.

Steps to reproduce​

End the Struggle while on the unrest phase and watch vassals without meritocracy claim throne

It is not dependent on struggle status.

Off the start of a fresh run myself, within the first 5 years of the game start (867), I've had the same BARONY tier vassal fabricate a claim on my county title twice, despite the fact that barons cannot act on claims against county-level rulers (which I am) or form factions.

I'm losing 350 prestige every time the claim is successful, and I'm beginning to suspect that there is nothing that can be done to stop it, because perhaps the game does not detect that a baron could possibly be instigating a plot to claim the throne?

Both myself and the vassal are detractors of the caliphate, and he has a 40-positive opinion of me and is honest and trusting, so I'm not sure what his motives are other than being an ***hole and draining all my prestige. (and, again, he's a baron, so it isn't as if he can use the claim)

This is actually so intrusive and disruptive that it's hilarious. Once you become a king with a few duchies under you, you basically get a notification about someone claiming your throne every 2 minutes.

Has been addressed in the hotfix, thank you devs.

They addressed the AI spam but part of the issue is that Vassals can sitll claim throne without the lifestyle perk after the struggle ends if you ended it while on the strife phase, which with the hotfix just means your going to have powerful vassals using the scheme without the lifestyle perk whenever their AI personality permits. unless it wasnt in the patch notes.

and yeh, for the first poster, i knew about the general spam but there was already a ticket made for that, i was reporting specificly on the struggle phases still giving their effects after the struggle was ended

presumably ending the struggle on Stabilisation would keep Befriend Schemes unlocked for everyone along with any other effects that that phase offered.

I just havent found out if the effect is region permenent or just variables that stay stuck on characters that were alive on the struggle ending and will go away as they die off, and wont be avilable for the heirs and newly landed.
