Summary
Persistent war that doesn't exist.Description
Whenever I check Transoxiana, there is no option to declare war, but one for "open war". Clicking this button brings me to a map without nation colours and most of the UI. I cannot get out of this view unless I reload. Both Transoxiana and Tahirid (my character's nation) have the war fire above each other's icons when selected. Due to this, I can no longer declare war on them for my Kurramist holy site nor the de jure territory I wish to control (just ended the Intermezzo with the Iranian Resurgence and realised this was an issue). This does not register as me being at war for other systems - i.e. Restore the Magi was allowed despite this bug. This persists between 1.11.0.0 and 1.11.0.1.Steps to reproduce
1. Declare war on Transoxiana for Balkh whilst Transoxiana is in a Liberty war.2. Enforce demands.
3. ??? (this seems like normal gameplay to me, no clue what might have triggered it)
4. End the Iranian Intermezzo as the Iranian Resurgence.
