Hi. I really like this mod but there seems to be major problems still, some can be fixed and some cant. Below I posted some thoughts.

1. Make religions intresting

Really. The most of religions dont have any flavour or uniquess. Valyrian religion is most neglected even thought in earlier scenarios it is playable.

2. Houses go to exticnt really fast and marriages are strange

Usually house of Stark dies in few generations because girls dont marry matrilinearry. Dorne is another problem. Also landless character in great houses marry lowborns which really breaks the concept. Tyrion likes to do that specially. Dont know if reason is core game code, maybe RoI can offer new tools here.

3. Danys quest is very narrow

If you go to Pentos right away there is only one option for you: war against Iron throne and all petty kings. All other options lead to this eventually: you have to declare war against your will. Cant player atleast wait until moment is right? Also more options would make game intresting. Cant you even allow an alternative option for poor ser Mormonth Dany to take him as a lover?

Well with the Valyrian religion you can partake in the ancient custom of incest, and you can catch dragons, both of those are pretty good.

Agree fully with all of your points, only one thing: at least for Tyrion, marrying a commoner seems par for the course, at least once his daddy no longer has any influence over him.

Well he is still genius Lannister so wedding a lowborn seems to be a bit too random to me atleast. Thats why I pointed out RoI. It has the caste system which may help ai to marry high-tier character instead of lowborn courtier.

What I forgot to add is a new feature: claim house. Like Starks die very fast and I doubt during 8000 years of history it is only time. There was a long thread about this so I keep this short: in old times not only women adopted mens family. If due to marriage womans family is more wealthy men also claimed over that house because it is more prestigious than their own. You should also be able to counterfeit your lineage that you actually are distant relative or something else to Starks, it also happend quite often in history. Last thing I want to say is that in case Starks really all die out and you own Winterfell you should have an option to become Stark because they are only true family that rules The North from ancient times.

I want to see MB-GOTW integrated in this, and have events for widow inheritance if the spouse's house is extinct. Also, to have some chain of events that might recreate the situation that happened with Lady Hornwood.

Additionally I would love to see dowager minor titles, for a widowed wife of a lord or king.

have to agree for the religion part especially valyrian and harpy wich are ''big'' religion in essos but are really boring in comparison to religion like the seven or r'hllor. Would love the possibility to reform some of those religion for players if some criteria are met of course

gotta say wish the golden company could somehow marry Daemons children. Its sucks that since its a mecenary group the children of dameon dont ever get married so the house dies out within a hundred years after the black fyre rebellion without human intervention. I dont know I just wish there was a way to make the whole golden company and the black fyres post rebellion be more intresting like maybe dameons sons some somehow get land in essos through adventureing . Anything to make the house not die out . Also if you are a black fyre you should be able to automatically get a decision to approach the golden company and get their services for free if they like you enough.

The Daemons children marrying can be partially fixed. I'll marrying them up in the history now for the next update.

In at least the After Spring scenario, a few more Blackfyres should pop up. Than just the originals.

Edit. There are now two Blackfyre-Blackfyre unions in the GC and one Plumm-Blackfyre union. So three couplings of Daemons children (plus a granddaughter of Elaena Targaryen), should be enough to cause future headaches for Targaryen rulers.
