This mod is based on the Austria-Hungary MOD for hoi2 by Van der Gent and UsNorwayStudent.
I added Habsburg-Flavor and more event-chains. Depending on Austrias desicions on the way to a main European power again,
a second Viennese Congress could happen, where Germany is split up into minor states dominated by the other European powers,
or Germany could get annexed by Austria and Otto I would become German emperor.
I made this mod for fun. No chance this could ever have really happened.
This is an alpha-version, so be sure to backup your original files. Messages are mostly in German.
