I am currently playing Prussia. I have noticed that Denmark declared war several times on me, but I was unable to attack them. They would then sue for a White Peace. I reloaded the game several times and Denmard did this every time. I would try to attack them, but the game would not allow me to enter their territory; despite having a piece of Denmark from a previous war.

They declared colonial war on you -its an exploit the AI uses in 1.01 that will be fixed partly in 1.02. BTW - they can't attack you either except in colonies. Take Greenland etc off them - if you already have then that is what is fixed in 1.02. They won't be allowed to do this unles you have colonies AND they have colonies too.
