Pilgrimage activity gains gold when donating gold

Description​

When taking a pilgrimage to Rome, if the "You Donated Funds for the Preservation of the Vaticano Holy Sites" activity occurs, the action causes you to both Gain gold, gain piety and boosts the development of the Prince-Bishopric of Roma.

As the activity is about donating money, it would make sense that the activity would make you lose Gold in exchange for gaining Piety. And thus I thought I would report this as a bug just in case.

Steps to reproduce​

1. Take a pilgrimage to Rome
2. Have the "You Donated Funds for the Preservation of the Vaticano Holy Sites" activity occur while in Rome
