Hey everyone,
something strange yesterday. I have a colony in Jakarta, it has about 1600 people (colonizationj until 600 and then 1000 natives joined). I've got a tax man, a mayor and 2 fortress levels. Still, everytime I but a garrison in the city (be they 1K or more) the city starts burning.
I retreat these armies to sunda (a TP) and it stops burning. I move them again in the city and it starts burning. I'm playing Portugal, my stability is +3.
I'm at a loss. If I leave the troops in the city, it burns for years on end without ever stopping.
Am I missing something? Is it because the Jakarta women are so amazingly beautiful that my Portugese soldiers just can't help themselves? 'cause if it is, snip-snip
