Plague doesn't appear in the list unless clicked on

Description​

So there is this plague affecting my realm (England) but it doesn't show at all in the plague list, they appear in none of the plague types (realm, nearby and world plagues).
But when clicked on the map it shows that it is indeed a realm plague.
Yes I have a singled mod that changes the colour of titles (Earl, Duke, ...) but this shouldn't affect plagues at all and since I have no clue how to recreat it, I have not bothered trying to get it in a vanilla game.

Update : Saving and reloading fixed it.
