I am hosting a Play-by-Email Tournament with some friends. Would anyone else like to play with us?

Games could have these settings, but I am open to suggestions!

Realm

• Unknown Traits Normal
• Turn System Simultaneous Turns
• Players 4
• Relative Map Size Medium

Factions

• AI Normal No Handicap

Game Flow

• Game Speed Fast
• Research Speed Faster
• Starting Conditions Easy

Victory Conditions

• Score Fast

Tactical Combat Settings

• Control AI Allies Vassals only
• Multiplayer AI Takeover On

Additional Rules:

1. If a player has not taken a turn or joined a game for 48 hours, the other players may unanimously agree to force that player to forfeit the game. Must provide evidence of 48 hours lapsing. Then begin a new game without that player.

why play by email when the game host mp games on servers where anyone can join without the need of all the players connected?

how does that work?
