Just a few general questions:

For a relatively new player, is it better to play Easy or Normal for difficulty as the Knights? I want to be able to establish a foothold in Anatolia (my longterm goal is to capture Jerusalem after creating a powerbase), but at the same time I don't want it to be too ahistorically unrealistic. Which difficulty should I choose?

Also, what is your general strategy for the Order/Knights in AGCEEP? Anything I should keep in mind in terms of diplomacy, domestic policy, war strategy, and so on?

just ensure you save the game without the dot , else it will not work

Didn't we considering changing that at some point?
Yes, already fixed.

I guess Easy is difficult enough if you're playing as the Order.
Be aware you have the "Crusader" option if you want to create the kingdom of Jerusalem with the Knight.

Difficulty level is only a matter of experience and taste.
