Every time I play as the Lord Commander of the Kingsguard, or any other unlanded characters in the traditional sense (such as Daemon in the Rogue Prince scenario) the game seems to crash very soon into the playthrough. Also, playing outside of Westeros tends to result in an early crash as well.

Are there bugs causing this or should we avoid playing in those areas?

The game's currently unstable with Daemon too...you should probably avoid playing unlanded characters for now and wait for a more stable release in their case.

indeed, he has a barony and a duke tier title.

I lower my speed (max. 3rd one), use yearly autosave and restart game whenever crash happens. Game gains stability eventually (this might take many years).

select the king and pick the KG from vassals list

He's technically unlanded in the sense that he doesn't own a county, but it seems that the game will crash regardless of who you play, as I've seen others on the forums comment that even playing as a normal character results in a crash during their playthrough.

To my knowledge the unlanded characters (i.e. without a county) are still bugged to an extent.

I've played Danny with three restarts and every single time her storyline gets broken, with Yunkai taking over Astapor (without us joining) and then declaring war against me. The game doesn't get broken but it goes off the track and none of the special events fire.

Crashes a few minutes into gameplay. Played a few sessions where I was played for a few hours. Now all the sudden its crashing everytime.
