Playing HoI2 impossible without sound card?

I got a new lap-top for my use, so I instantly installed HoI2 in it.
problem is that it hasn't got anything, not even a soundcard. Is it possible to play HoI2 without the soundcard? as it always shows an error message in the load screen when I want to play.... help?

You can. Just hit the Esc key when the load proces freezes in at "initializing sound" part of the load process.

I play on a lap top that has no sound card with out any problem.

make a copy of the game, and delete all the music files or rename them ...
