Having no heirs will generate a country cousin (randomly generated courtier of same dynasty). So if you rid the heir's list it will continue after her death.

Or you can simply change the dynasty of her children in the save-game file :)

I did that in a game I played as her while trying out female inheritance :)
 
Thanks guys... I already did one game uniting all Italy(-papal states) only to see it fail due lack of heir, almost 70 years old rulers moment of triumph was also her moment of defeat :p.
