Is it possible to play the vanilla version of the game even if Interregnum is installed? I'd like to be able to switch between this, AGC-EEP, and vanilla if necessary.

Interregnum runs through a separate batch file, so it doesn't interfere with vanilla. Just start EU2 in the usual way, and you get vanilla.
You can run into problems with WATK, as I've discovered, but no issues with Interregnum or AGCEEP (or at least the version they were on six months ago).
