Playstation 4 édition crashes for no reasons

Hi,

After today (12.06.2023) update n°14.01, the game crashes just few minutes after start, i cannot find the reasons why. The four times it happened, I was just navigating around my city doing nothing special. It's simply not possible to play the game anymore !! It just crashes all the time !
I got the PS4 edition and I play on PS5

Is this on a city from before the patch, or a new one started since? Or both?

Conceivably that is a compatibility issue then, although we'd expect more such reports if that were so.

Can you test this problem with a new city also?

I have no crashes when I create a new city.
It's a shame because it means that I just lost a city I've played for more than a year, I really like it and I spent a lot of time building it.

Ah, so in fact it goes back several game updates most likely.
