yo, i really need help cos not playin hoi is doin my head in. came bak rfom holiday waitin to play and then played for a bit with australia, great game, suddenly game goes to desktop. nxt time i run hoi every time i try and load a game, new or old, it crashes to desktop. poo eh?

so i uninstalled hoi thinkin i have the patch so a simple reinstall would work, no luck though. it says some files corrupt and wont install, am i doomed to never play hoi again?!

After you uninstall HOI explore C drive,(or whatever drive it is that you installed HOI on duh!), go to program files, find the Stratedgey First folder, erase your Hoi folder that didnt get erased during the un-install.

If you dont have any other Stratedgey First software(EU2) then just erase that the Stratedgey first folder.

Worked for me.

if it is the 105 patch or the 105b fix download those again

You are not stupid; you only have some minor problem with your computer, and you have a lot of friends here to solve your problem.

Delete everything that has to do with HoI, then restart your comp and install HoI after restarting. Worked for me.
