PLEASE help me uninstall hoi armageddon

I uninstalled it the wrong way (deleted the folder and emptied recycle bin). When I try to uninstall it via control panel or CCleaner, i says:

RunDLL

There was a problem starting
C:\PROGRA~2\COMMON~1\INSTAL~1\engine\6\INTEL3~1\Ctor.dll

The specified module could not be found

I tried to manually uninstall it but could not find the specified folder under C:\Program Files (x86)\InstallShield Installation Information

Remove the uninstall entry via ccleaner, you just started the uninstall program with ccleaner. Instead of "Run Uninstaller" you have to choose "Delete Entry" after selecting the correct uninstall entry.

I have done this, but now I can't reinstall... all that i can do is attempt to uninstall and the same note comes up...
