Every time I've tried to designate a room, even after using foundations and making sure the door leading to the room is not an exterior door, the missing requirements that I created show up red, irregardless of whether I try to move objects, doors, walls, etc. I've tried to go through the campaign, and have never been able to get past 8% and 1% on designating the rooms even though I created them as needed, also happens in sandbox/new prisons.
