You did not give me much to go on there. :)

I would suggest wiping the game from your system and reinstalling, then just use the latest patch (to do this you must install 1.03 then 1.03C on top of that.)
 
Are you sure you installed 1.03 before 1.03C ?

And you still have not given any details. Some of the questions jdrou raise would be a start.

What we need is excactly the wording the error message gives you when it crashes.
And at what point it crashes. You seem to be saying it crashes after you get to the main screen and you select to start a scenario.
