Pleeeease help me delete hearts of iron

I am trying to uninstall hoi2, and I am going through the uninstallers steps. Now, I am stuck on:
setup needs the next disk
Please insert disk 1 that contains the file data2.cab
Path:c:\program files (x86)\installshield installation information\{98786147-80e3-41a5-a80c-1f3c028558cf}

I pressed OK. It then says:
Warning
Setup could not find a file on the specified path or disk
Please check that proper disk is inserted or specify a new path.

I have my hoi2 disk inside. I tried uninstalling this maybe a year ago. The same thing happened. I did a very dumb thing (and I have NO idea why >.>) when I was cleaning up unnecessary files in the past. I saw my hoi2 folder and was thinking "I'm not gonna play that anymore". I completely disregarded the uninstaller and just deleted the entire folder. Now, I can not properly uninstall hoi2.

Vanilla Hoi2 or DD, DD:A?
Do you have a data2.cab on your Hoi2 disk? If it's not in the root folder you may need to point it to the exact location (especially if it's the Anthology disc)
Are you able to reinstall Hoi2, then de-install it afterwards?

Last option is to use ccleaner to remove the Hoi2 uninstaller entry from add/remove, please be careful by doing so.
