Hello.

Ive been trying to find some information about plotting and fabricating a claim from the documents of this mod but in vain. It seems those things have been made a lot harder than in vanilla. My chancellor has been trying to fabricate claim almost 20 years now(actually hes third chancellor because two others died to illness in line of duty) and spymaster tried two years to arrange kidnapping of a rival son. Nothing, not even a chance. The kidnapping had 160% power with 2 extra plotters.

Chancellors skills throughout the process has been 18-22(succes percentage about 9% per year) and spymaster is 23.

Am i doing something wrong or is it just that damn hard to succeed in these?

It's not that it's too hard -- it's simply variable. The MTTH method means that it could take a very short time for an event to fire...or a very long time. The "% per year" chance listed under the Chancellor job actions gives an indication...7% chance per year is a chance, but it could happen right away or feel like it's taking forever...which it will, if you're eagerly waiting.

This is true. I've had games where I've gotten 10 claims on different titles in 5 years with a chancellor and others where it took 20 years to get 1. You are at the mercy of the game's MTTH and other things based on chance unfortunately

I would personally say that we need to increase the chances of such actions, but also increase the chance of bad events. Basically, more things happening. Also, perhaps a small opinion malus when you fabricate a claim that fades over time. Basically something to make spamming it dangerous.
