So instead of putting criminals in prison your cops put them (or their remains) on a landfill?! Very creepy city.

I just tested this myself but couldn't replicate the issue. Are you able to replicate this consistently? Does it happen after performing other actions like placing other building, selecting other menu options, etc? I'm sure any extra info you can provide would be helpful.

Idk. As soon as I got on the scenario I paused the game and went to the landfill on the far right, I think, to change the type of truck and then saw it.
