Hi, I have a question regarding the policy sliders. Where can you find out the limitations of the policy sliders depending on your government type? For instance when you are a Fascist you cannot have a completely freedom or a Left-Wing Radical nation cannot have a complete free market. You can find this out while playing but are the limitations written down (they must be) an editable file? I looked at the policy_effects.csv file but that wasn't helping me with regards to this specific question.

Thanks.
