In my opinion, Polish and Russian languages should be in Crusader Kings 3. In Hearts of Iron IV and Stellaris, Polish and Russian languages are available. Why this languages may not be available? (rhetorical question).
Polish and Russian fans would be glad.

As a Russian I... never checked if CK2 even had Russian... granted I just play everything in English... but yeah according to Steam CK2 will have a lot more available languages including Russian.

Because CK2 never had one.

While CK3 might have:

Imperator has Russian, but many proper nouns (e.g. names) were in English on launch.

I meant CK3 will have it, not CK2. Typo since brain isn't used to typing out CK3. Theres probably a mod for it in CK2 but I dunno I, for whatever reason I have no idea, just prefer English. But that's probably literally just me.

Yes.
In Paradox games, they are not in localisation files, and thus shared by all languages, even if non-Latin script languages like Russian and Chinese. (These two are supported in Imperator and Stellaris)

Polish language uses Latin alphabet so does not care about that.

Sounds like probably for tutorial to be honest. Voice acting would be... distracting otherwise.

Probably will have voice acting for lewd mods that you know will be a thing due to 3D models.
