I never played far enough in the 1300 scenario, but is there an event that creates the union? Just wondering, san kyu foru yoar heruop.

No. There are no specific events for real history political happenings (like union of Poland-Lithuania), because the likelyhood that the conditions would be similiar enough in the game as in real life to cause such an union is so small. Lithuania could be for example a swedish kingdom with a swedish king ruling from 1100 onwards and Poland could have been annexed by Byzantine Empire.

Besides, iirc the Union of Poland-Lithuania was caused by the King (?) of Lithuania inheriting King of Poland, so that can happen in the game, without any kind of events.

But that cant happen though, the Liths are Pagan, so they cant marry with catholics...

Then king of Poland just has to conquer Lithuania and proclaim himself king of Lithuania in addition to Poland. Then we'll have Poland-Lithuania.

Too bad. Should be there.
Not an event, though - a diplomatic option, instead. Pagan nations should be able to receive Christianity from another nation. It should also be possible for a pagan ruler to marry a Christian, also resulting in him accepting Christianity.

(the reason why I don't think it should be an event is because these were usually very specific choices - like Poland's insistence on taking Christianity from the Czechs instead of from the HRE, even though both were Catholic; and, of course, in the Balkans, the choice of Catholicism or Orthodoxy would have potentially very far-reaching consequences)

Not quite.
In 1386 Jogaila, the Lithuanian Grand Duke accepted Christianity and was offered to marry the heiress of the Polish Crown and become the King of Poland. Now, Lithuania was a hereditary dukedom, while Poland was an elective kingdom (since 1370) - to keep the union, the Poland would tend to elect Lithuanian Grand Dukes to be its kings, and finally in 1569 in the Union of Lublin act it was agreed that there would only be one election and whoever wins would become both the king of Poland and the Grand Duke of Lithuania.

I agree, but Pagans should also be able to become Muslim

Most European pagans (Slavic, and Germanic, Scandanavian types) were'nt gonna just embrace Islam. Plus Muslims never did missionary work and "crusades". They just invaded and took what they needed. The religion spread throuh naturally following.

Almost all of the Turcic pagans converted to Islam. I believe it was just a matter of proximity and politics of that time.
The cahnces of a pagan state that borders Denmark or Germany to convert to Christianity is equal to the chances of another one in Caucasia which borders moslem emirates to convert to Islam. This said, i don't think it's possible to adjust this balance for the convertion of pagans. It's a good idea though.
