PON beta patch Crash

Hi, I purchased PON and registered the game. For some reason it will not let me Post on the Game forum, perhaps someone would be so kind as to send this to PON tech support. I DL the beta patch from the forums, and followed ths instructions, now my game wont load at all. I see some else has posted the same problem i have. here is the event log. If someone could get back to me I would appreciate it.
