Poor Fellows and Warriors Sons still exist despite minimum Faith Authority

As the title says, I lowered Faith authority all the way down, and still can't get rid of the annoying little bastards. For what it's worth, I did use the Free Realms sub-mod, but did not lower the law until I vassalized the High Septon. Help would be greatly appreciated.

EDIT: Never mind, I never appointed a Warden of the North, once I did that the Faith Militant disbanded immediately.
