Ok, I know this is hardly scientific, but I wanted to pass along that I have run three games so far to 1940-1941 and that Spanish Nationalists (Spanish State) cannot get any love.

As I was Germany twice, the republicans defeated Franco's nationalists both times. (I even cheated a bit and gave crazy supplies to the nationalists)

In my current game as USA (surprisingly harder then I expected first few years....very hard to build anything and keep energy and supplies...but I digress) the war never even happened, along with catalonia. Nothing. Just republican spain trucking right along as a.....paternal autocrat.

Anyhoo...just a little feedback.

I have played three games as Italy and Republican Spain has won all three times and in less then a year twice. But it does make it easy for Italy to invade Spain especially in my latest game when Spain joined the Allies and sent most of it's army into France to fight the Germans.

For me out of the last 5 games that i have played past 1937: Franco has won 3, Republic 1 and Republic going dictatorship before catalonia 1 (I think if it does this catalonia revolt doesn't fire) I haven't given any extra help to Franco just giving full support when the supplies event fires each time. I also have the A.I. run as normal without any help if that makes a difference.
