Poor trait

Hello,

Do you know how the level of the education traits are chosen ?

My sons have martial education and a good tutor but they have the trait "Misguided Warrior" everytime, i don't know why. Can you help me ?

It's based on their learning when they get the trait (which is somewere between 15 and 17 years old, random event)

At 0 learning they will get the worst education trait, at 15+ the best education trait. If it's between those numbers it's a random chacne which one they'll get, with the chances based on the chars learning (higher is better ofc.)
