Pope's proposed white peace doesn't work

Aragon was fighting with Germany. Pope porposed White Peace between two kingdoms or threated to excomunicate. I agreed but there was no peace.

Second time Aragon was fighting with Papl States and Pope again proposed White Peace three times in a row. I agreed all three times but there was no peace.

I am playing lates 08/17 mix and it seems this event doesn't work.

Worse. The enemy AI thinks its fired and disbands its army. The player's army doesn't disband. The war does not end. (Kingdom of Naples (player) vs County of Djerba/Foggia, 8/15-8/17 beta)
