1. A mod playlist and load order edit in the launcher would be great, extremely useful in CK3 and would be in CK2.

2. The limit of 50 subscribed mods on the steam workshop is ridiculous, especially since there's so many small mods that are good. Why have a limit at all? currently if you go over it, steam will stop downloading the mods

You can simply copy the settings.txt file (in Documents/Para../CK2) at use on the time and use that again when you need it.
The mods used are listed in it further down. Just rename it for storing and back again when using it.
I do so sometimes.

To go over the limit would cost money to Paradox, as far as i know.
You can still use more mods than 50.
It's just the active subscription number which is limited and mods don't get deleted when unsubscribed.

I wrote this , as the last game content patch has been done in 2019 and we are a lucky if we ever get a bug fix patch, which might still
be years from now and doen voluntarily by a former dev.
That we ever get changes to the game, especially to the launcher is extremely unlikely.
If any patch at all.
