Possibility to enlarge message field ? Too small in 1240x1024

I just wondered if theres is a chance or even a MOD to enlarg the text/message field.
I dont really get used to fix my eyes on this.

Not that its important, but i'm a controlfreak

No, there isn't a mod this changes this. I also think it is not possible to mod.

I guessed so as i didnt find anything for the message box. Well. its hard but true.
