Possible Bug

I (Rome) am at war with Carthage and have sucessfully sieged several provinces.

Suddenly all those provinces turn my colour and I get the provinces without govenors alert.

Rome is still at war with Carthage.

Let's move this to the bug reporting forum. Is this w/ the latest patch? Do you notice any civil wars going on in Carthage?

It happened to me too. 1.2 patch, and Carthage was in civil war. I was controlling their capital, and all their islands.

if one side of the civil war no longer controls any of their provinces - they loose the civil war and the ones you control will become yours (and you get a hefty badboy hit for stealing provinces from a country in civil war). Is this what happened? or did you somehow get all of carthages provinces? Were you also at war with the rebels?
