Mystery one: in my GC i was siegeing a one-nation capitol-province (somewhere south of denmark) and offered peace with that nation that was accepted. Still my siege went on until the provice was fallen. And if i right-clicked the province during the strange ongoing siege, I could now declare war.

Mystery two: Defeated an army in one of my provinces (skåne) and the enemy left 512 white-flaggeg men trying to wander off forever. They haven't gone for like 50 years now. This never occured to me in Eu.

Bugs?

#1 is funky. Maybe another betazoid can explain it.

#2 is a rare bug. I think you will find that if you reload from a save game, the retreating army will wake up and go away. Note, whatever province it is in has probably been looted for each of the last 50 years. :D
