I declared war upon Republican Spain in 1937 and I assisted the Nationalist in their efforts, however is it realistic to have the first SS division event appear and both airborne division events appear in around late-1937, early-middle 1938.

But this is out of place because I don't even have Liege, but in one Airborne divison create event it involves as if Germany claimed the fortress in Liege.

Yes I have, 1936.

You get your 1. Paratroop div shortly after you discovered the first airbornetech.I am not sure about the second division`s trigger,but you usually get it not long after the first.

The Liege event you got is the preparation for the capture of Eben Emanel.This event will fire as soon as you are at war with Belgium.

The SS you get is the delivered on a militia division.This division is meant to be disbanded and the SS brigade to be attached to some division of your choice.

Practically not to any division but to Liebstandarde Adolf Hitler when it is deployed...

You must have some good techteams to have researched both the 39 INF and Airborne in 1936
