Possible modifications?

While playing HOI I came up with two improvement suggestions which may or may not have been suggested before:

I'd really like to have the opportunity to upgrade my infantry divisions into motorised/mechanised divisions (not to mention the possibility to upgrade a division with an additional support brigade, which has been mentioned before, I am sure). wouldn't his be historically approriate?

Secondly, It would be nice to be able to change the names of the divisions inside the game.

Would the HOI code allow these changes?

You can already change the names of the Divisions/corps/Armys ingame.. just click at the name and a text-cursor will appear, so you can enter your custom name.

What??? I already tried this and it didn't work. Hmm... must try again.

You have to select a division first.
So when you are at the Army/corps view where all your divisions are listed click on a division (icon). On the detailed Division screen you can edit the name of the division.
