I'm wondering whether anyone has been working on a sub-mod that removes the (extremely buggy) war mechanics regarding your vassals?

I.e: The mechanic where your vassals split off from you when you declare war.

What's wrong with it now? to me it seemed as most of the bugs from the previous version were fixed.

The megawar system is an integral part of the mod.

Not sure what's supposed to be buggy about it though. What sort of problem are you actually having?

I can't answer for OP, but with the latest version of the mod I still sometimes experience that vassals doesn't "go back" to their liege after a megawar is finished. And no, they aren't fighting any wars themselves.

Admittedly, it's a little difficult to tell if it's WOD, an oversight, or just a bug.

But I'm referring to things like:

- Having to replace council members because they are no longer part of your realm (in a war).

- A seemingly inconsistent pattern as to whether vassals join the war as your vassal or your ally, making it almost impossible to predict how successful you will be in a war.

- Constantly having your war score reset because enemy vassals break off/rejoin half way through a war.

- Having your war completely annulled because the enemies war is over (I'm speaking specifically of playing as the Iron Islands in the War of Kings scenario)

Don't get me wrong, the system itself is a nice idea, and works amazingly (in certain situations), but this thread was mostly to ask whether anyone was working on a mod (or even if such a mod was possible), which would remove this mechanic.
