Post-1948 events and more

Sorry for the duplicate post, this is where I thought I put it in the first place. I will try to delete the other post.

Does anyone know of any good non-buggy post 1948 event pack mods for HOI 1.06c CORE .91 with the NTL mod installed? I've looked through the info on this forum, but as so many of the mod posts are rather old I'm not sure which are valid with 1.06c/CORE or which may have already been incorporated.

Also, in reading the NTL forum it says that to liberate countries and continue leaders that the eug files have to be altered. I found these but do you have to alter every single country one-by-one, or is there someplace where you can alter them all in bulk that I missed?
