I think green names mean they are part of the same realm as you, though I'm not sure.
There isn't a direct number for badboy, but you can deduce it, because each BB point gives you a -0.4% to relations with your vassals from reputation. So just hover your mouse over the vassal loyalty, then divide the % loyalty hit you get due to reputation by 0.4 and you'll get a number that's your badboy.

Green names indicate the character is in your realm. Yellow indicates that they're in one of your vassals.
There is a number for badboy. It's just hidden.
You can deduce it using the method mentioned above.
