Just found a power bug in my game (ca. 8.000 CIMs):

i have ca. 20 wind power and one oil power to grant my CIMs with power.
as i have now deactivated some of the wind powers (because i have too much power and that all costs...) and still have way more power than is needed, the buildings started to say, that they have no power (some of them in edges of the city). But i have 150% power (100% needed) so way enough power.

then i acivated the before deactivated wind powers and all of my CIMS have power again.

so there is a power bug if you deactivate some of your power plants...

...that happen to contribute to the power bubble?

If you deactivate the power plants that are on the edge of the power radius or near a power line then the others don't compensate. You have to draw a new power line to those that are still operating.
