PR_SetMode Problem

Everytime I try to open "Take Command, Second Manassas" the following
error message appears:
PR_SetMode
Could not find the video mode you requested.
What sort of patch/program do I need in order to get my game up and
running?

I'm at work right now, so I don't really have the specs for the computer right in front of me. I know that it is somewhat dated...maybe about five or six years old. I know that it runs Windows XP, but I can't see why that would matter. As far as the video card is concerned, I have no idea what is in there.

Is the Madminute Games Tech Support Forum found on this site, or Madminute's?
